City Breaks is a respite service for adults with learning disabilities living within the Borough of Southwark.
City Breaks is a very person-centered service and like no other respite unit - it's like a 5 star hotel!
Guests are asked how they want to spend their time. Holiday Reps are commited to supporting guests to do what they want to and to making it happen! Guests can choose between 4 different packages: Green, Sports, Transport, Leisure - or even make one up of their own!
